1. About Wire

Wire is a sports information and line-movement intelligence service. Wire identifies statistical discrepancies between sportsbook odds and provides that information to subscribers. Wire is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not facilitate gambling of any kind.

2. Not Financial or Gambling Advice

All content provided by Wire — including play signals, bet sizing recommendations, and analysis — is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on Wire constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by Wire. Wire is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of sports wagering.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Wire. By using Wire, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations

4. Subscription and Billing

Wire is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription price. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly publish Wire's signals or analysis
• Use Wire to build a competing service or product
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract Wire's data
• Use Wire in any way that violates applicable law

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, signals, analysis, and design elements on Wire are the property of Wire and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Wire for personal use only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wire is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular signal will be profitable. Odds data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wire and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to Wire will cease immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of Wire after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis — class actions are waived.
